Notes 注意事项:
1. At least one full registration is required for each paper registration. Unregistered paper will not be published. If you have more than one paper accepted, please make the full registration for each paper.
每篇论文至少需要一位全注册。未注册的论文将不能被发表(一次注册费只能注册一篇论文)。同一作者如有多篇论文录用,需要每篇文章独立全注册。

2. For paper authors, please indicate the paper ID during registration.
对于论文作者的注册,请在注册时注明论文ID。

3. Non-member participants please register with “Full registration”.
非学会会员参与者请以全额注册方式注册。

4. Participants with CSIG Member/ CSIG Student Member must register with the reserved phone number in CSIG system. Please make sure that the name and phone number are consistent with your membership information.
CSIG会员(含学生会员)注册必须使用会员系统预留手机号,请准确填写手机号码及姓名。

*CSIG membership: Please log in the CSIG membership system (http://membership.csig.org.cn) for registration. Regular fee for each CSIG Member is CNY 200/year. The fee for CSIG Student Member is CNY 50 once upon registration.
*注册CSIG会员说明:请登录会员系统 [ http://membership.csig.org.cn ] 注册。普通会员会费200元/年,学生会员一次性会费50元。

Registration Steps 注册步骤:

Step 1
Please make the payment to China Society of Image and Graphics.

Means of Payment 1: Online Payment

Please visit [ https://conf.csig.org.cn/10360.html ] to register and pay the fee.

Note: Please click the “在线注册” to complete your registration for the conference.
注意:请点击“在线注册”完成会议注册。

Means of Payment 2: Remittance (The following is for Author and Participant outside Mainland China.)

完成注册和缴费后,电子发票将在会后一周内开具并发送至联系人预留邮箱,纸质发票会后将以挂号信的方式寄出或在会议现场领取;会议通知/邀请函将在注册成功后一周内发送至预留邮箱。

Step 2
You may request an invitation letter if you need one. Please contact icig@csig.org.cn  for the invitation letter after you complete registration.

Refund Policy 会议退费政策:

1. Refund requests made more than 30 days prior to the conference will not have any handling fee to be charged.
会议举行前30日以前申请退费,可免手续费。

2. Refund requests made between 15 and 30 days (inclusive) prior to the conference will be subject to a 30% handling fee deduction.
会议举行前15-30日(含) 申请退费,扣除30%手续费。

3. Refund requests made between 7 and 15 days (inclusive) prior to the conference will be subject to a 50% handling fee deduction.
会议举行前7-15日(含)申请退费,扣除50%手续费。

4. Refund requests made within 7 days prior to the conference or for non-attendance will not be eligible for a refund.
会议举行前7日 (含) 内申请退费或未参加会议不予退款。

* Once the refund request is approved, any issued electronic invoices will be voided and should not be used. Refunds will be processed after the conference, and new service charge electronice invoice will be issued.
退费申请审核通过后,开具的电子发票将作废,请勿使用。退费将在会后开始办理,手续费开会务费发票。
